Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), Nida mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kullanımına ilişkin kuralları belirler. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Uygulamayı kullanmayınız.
1. Hizmet Sağlayıcı
Uygulama Nida World ("Nida", "biz") tarafından sunulmaktadır.
2. Hizmetin Kapsamı
Nida; namaz vakitlerine geri sayım, günlük, haftalık ve aylık namaz vakitleri, kıble yönü, yakındaki cami ve türbeler, harita, Hicri ve Miladi takvim, dini günler, vakit bildirimleri, kilit ekranı bileşenleri ve başka şehirlerin vakitlerini izleme özellikleri sunar.
Uygulamayı kullanmak için hesap açmanız gerekmez.
3. Namaz Vakitleri ve Kıble Hakkında Önemli Bilgilendirme
- Namaz vakitleri hesaplamaya dayanır. Vakitler, bulunduğunuz konuma ve seçilen hesaplama yöntemine göre astronomik formüllerle hesaplanır. Resmi kurumların ilan ettiği vakitlerle arasında küçük farklar olabilir. Oruç, bayram namazı ve benzeri ibadetlerde tereddüt halinde bulunduğunuz yerdeki resmi dini kurumun (Türkiye'de Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı) ilan ettiği vakitleri esas alınız.
- Kıble yönü cihazınızın sensörlerine bağlıdır. Pusula; metal eşyalar, mıknatıslı kılıflar, elektronik cihazlar ve bina yapısından etkilenebilir. Gösterilen yön yaklaşık bir değerdir.
- Dini günlerin tarihleri hilalin görülmesine ve resmi ilana göre değişebilir.
- Cami ve türbe bilgileri ile uzaklıklar harita ve veri kaynaklarına dayanır; eksik veya güncel olmayan kayıtlar bulunabilir.
- Bildirimler cihaz ayarlarınıza, internet bağlantınıza ve iOS'un bildirim sistemine bağlıdır; gecikebilir veya ulaşmayabilir. İbadet vakitlerini yalnızca bildirimlere dayanarak takip etmeyiniz.
4. Kullanım Hakkı
Size, Uygulamayı kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla, sahip olduğunuz veya kullanma yetkiniz bulunan Apple cihazlarında kullanmanız için sınırlı, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir kullanım hakkı tanınır.
5. Yasaklanan Kullanımlar
Aşağıdakileri yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:
- Uygulamayı kopyalamak, değiştirmek, kaynak koduna dönüştürmek veya tersine mühendislik uygulamak,
- Uygulamanın sunucularına otomatik araçlarla toplu istek göndermek, hizmeti aksatacak veya aşırı yük oluşturacak şekilde kullanmak,
- Güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya çalışmak,
- Uygulamayı yürürlükteki mevzuata aykırı amaçlarla kullanmak,
- Uygulamayı veya içeriğini izinsiz olarak ticari amaçla çoğaltmak, satmak veya dağıtmak.
6. Fikri Mülkiyet
Uygulamanın adı, logosu, tasarımı, yazılımı ve içeriği üzerindeki tüm haklar Nida'ya veya lisans verenlerine aittir. Bu Koşullar size, 4. maddede belirtilen kullanım hakkı dışında hiçbir hak devretmez.
7. Reklamlar
Uygulamada reklam gösterilebilir. Reklamlarda tanıtılan ürün ve hizmetlerden reklam veren sorumludur. Reklamlara tıkladığınızda Uygulama dışındaki sitelere yönlendirilebilirsiniz; bu sitelerin içeriğinden ve gizlilik uygulamalarından Nida sorumlu değildir.
8. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler
Uygulama; harita, yol tarifi ve bildirim gibi işlevler için Apple'ın hizmetlerini, şehir arama için üçüncü taraf adres servislerini kullanır. Bu hizmetler kendi kullanım koşullarına ve gizlilik politikalarına tabidir. Yol tarifi için başka bir uygulamaya yönlendirildiğinizde o uygulamanın koşulları geçerlidir.

10. Ücret
Uygulama ücretsiz olarak sunulmaktadır. İleride ücretli özellikler eklenirse bunlar açıkça belirtilir ve onayınız olmadan ücretlendirme yapılmaz.
11. Hizmetin Sürekliliği ve Değişiklikler
Uygulamayı kesintisiz ve hatasız sunmak için çaba gösteririz; ancak bunu garanti etmeyiz. Bakım, güncelleme veya teknik nedenlerle hizmet geçici olarak durdurulabilir. Uygulamanın özellikleri önceden bildirim yapılmaksızın değiştirilebilir, eklenebilir veya kaldırılabilir.
12. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde;
- namaz vakitlerinin, kıble yönünün, dini gün tarihlerinin, cami ve türbe bilgilerinin veya uzaklıkların hatasız olduğuna dair bir garanti verilmez,
- bildirimlerin gecikmesi veya ulaşmamasından, internet veya cihaz kaynaklı sorunlardan ve üçüncü taraf hizmetlerdeki aksaklıklardan doğan zararlardan Nida sorumlu tutulamaz.
Bu madde, tüketicilerin mevzuattan doğan ve sözleşmeyle sınırlandırılamayan haklarını etkilemez.
13. Koşullarda Değişiklik
Bu Koşullar zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncel metin bu sayfada yayımlanır. Değişikliklerden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncel Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
14. Sona Erme
Uygulamayı dilediğiniz zaman cihazınızdan silerek kullanımı sonlandırabilirsiniz. Bu Koşullara aykırı kullanım halinde hizmete erişiminiz kısıtlanabilir veya sonlandırılabilir.
15. Apple'a İlişkin Hükümler
Uygulamayı App Store üzerinden indirdiyseniz:
- Bu Koşullar sizinle Nida arasındadır; Apple bu Koşulların tarafı değildir ve Uygulamadan sorumlu değildir.
- Apple'ın Uygulama için bakım ve destek hizmeti sağlama yükümlülüğü yoktur.
- Uygulamaya ilişkin talepler ve üçüncü kişilerin fikri mülkiyet iddiaları bakımından sorumluluk Apple'a değil Nida'ya aittir.
- Uygulamayı kullanırken Apple Medya Hizmetleri Koşulları'na uymayı kabul edersiniz.
- Apple ve bağlı kuruluşları bu Koşulların üçüncü taraf lehtarıdır ve bu Koşulları size karşı ileri sürme hakkına sahiptir.
16. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Yetkili Mahkeme
Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir. Tüketicilerin kendi yerleşim yerlerindeki tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvurma hakkı saklıdır.

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the rules for using the Nida mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the App.
1. Service Provider
The App is provided by Nida World ("Nida", "we").
2. Scope of the Service
Nida offers a countdown to prayer times, daily, weekly and monthly prayer times, the qibla direction, nearby mosques and shrines, a map, the Hijri and Gregorian calendars, religious days, prayer time notifications, lock screen widgets, and the ability to follow prayer times in other cities.
You do not need to create an account to use the App.
3. Important Information About Prayer Times and Qibla
- Prayer times are based on calculation. Times are calculated with astronomical formulas according to your location and the selected calculation method. There may be small differences from the times announced by official institutions. If in doubt for fasting, Eid prayers and similar acts of worship, rely on the times announced by the official religious authority where you are (in Türkiye, the Presidency of Religious Affairs – Diyanet).
- The qibla direction depends on your device's sensors. The compass can be affected by metal objects, magnetic cases, electronic devices and building structure. The direction shown is approximate.
- The dates of religious days may change depending on the sighting of the crescent moon and official announcements.
- Mosque and shrine information and distances are based on map and data sources; there may be missing or outdated records.
- Notifications depend on your device settings, your internet connection and the iOS notification system; they may be delayed or may not arrive. Do not rely solely on notifications to keep track of prayer times.
4. Licence
You are granted a limited, non-transferable and revocable right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or are authorised to use.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the App,
- send bulk requests to the App's servers with automated tools, or use the service in a way that disrupts it or places excessive load on it,
- attempt to circumvent security measures,
- use the App for purposes contrary to applicable law,
- reproduce, sell or distribute the App or its content for commercial purposes without permission.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights in the App's name, logo, design, software and content belong to Nida or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any rights to you other than the right of use set out in Section 4.
7. Ads
Ads may be shown in the App. The advertiser is responsible for the products and services promoted in ads. When you tap an ad, you may be directed to sites outside the App; Nida is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
8. Third-Party Services
The App uses Apple's services for functions such as maps, directions and notifications, and third-party address services for city search. These services are subject to their own terms of use and privacy policies. When you are directed to another app for directions, that app's terms apply.
9. Privacy

10. Fees
The App is offered free of charge. If paid features are added in the future, they will be clearly indicated and you will not be charged without your consent.
11. Continuity of the Service and Changes
We make an effort to provide the App without interruption or error; however, we do not guarantee this. The service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates or technical reasons. Features of the App may be changed, added or removed without prior notice.
12. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law;
- no warranty is given that prayer times, the qibla direction, the dates of religious days, mosque and shrine information or distances are free of error,
- Nida cannot be held liable for damages arising from delayed or undelivered notifications, internet or device-related problems, or disruptions in third-party services.
This section does not affect consumers' statutory rights that cannot be limited by contract.
13. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current text is published on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes means that you accept the current Terms.
14. Termination
You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. In the event of use contrary to these Terms, your access to the service may be restricted or terminated.
15. Provisions Relating to Apple
If you downloaded the App from the App Store:
- These Terms are between you and Nida; Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance and support services for the App.
- Responsibility for claims relating to the App and for third-party intellectual property claims lies with Nida, not Apple.
- You agree to comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions when using the App.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce these Terms against you.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes. Consumers' right to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts in their own place of residence is reserved.
